Port of Subs Reviews

I’ve been to a few Port of Subs locations, and I always thought the whole point was that you pretty much knew what you were getting. Same bread, same sandwich setup, same quick service, so I went in expecting that familiar experience.

This last time, though, it didn’t really line up with what I’ve come to expect. It wasn’t terrible, but it felt like I’d been a little misled into thinking every location would be just as consistent as the others.

I still like Port of Subs for a quick bite, but now I’m not as confident that every store will be the same. I used to go because I didn’t have to guess, and this visit kind of changed that for me

Stopped in for lunch and it was a chill place!! It was clean, a little busy, but somehow still felt comfy and relaxed inside... definitely a nice spot to take a break and grab something to eat!!

I checked portofsubs.com before ordering since my kid has food allergies and it was simple to find what I needed. The allergen info was clear enough that I could figure out what felt safe to order without having to call the store or guess... not a huge thing I guess but it made the whole process way less stressful. really glad they have that online

I really like how easy it is to just make my order exactly how I want it, like picking the bread, cheese, all the toppings, and whatever else I’m in the mood for that day. And it’s nice because if I ask for extra of something or go light on the sauce, they don’t act annoyed or make it awkward, they just do it. Somehow my order comes out right pretty much every time too, which makes the whole thing feel easy

I go to Port of Subs often, so the loyalty points have actually been worth using. I ended up getting a free sandwich last week without really doing anything extra, which was a nice surprise. The app is easy overall, though I do wish the instructions were a little clearer in a few spots. Still, if you already eat there regularly, it’s a solid little perk.

I grabbed a turkey sub from portofsubs.com the veggies were really fresh. The lettuce had a nice crunch, the tomatoes weren’t all mushy, and the bread was soft, which I always appreciate.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because my order took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal though, the sub still tasted good and you could tell they used Fresh ingredients...

I asked about gluten-free options, and the staff seemed a bit unsure and rushed when answering. If you don’t have dietary restrictions, it might be fine, but for someone who needs clear info about ingredients, it didn’t feel very reassuring.

I just used the coupons for lunch and they actually worked without any hassle. Saved a few bucks, so I’m happy with it.

But the store layout at this location was confusing. The line felt cramped, people were standing in random spots, and I couldn’t really tell where I was supposed to order versus wait. Then the drink station was in this awkward area, so everyone kept squeezing past each other and bumping around.

The food was still good, which helped, but the whole setup made the visit more frustrating than it needed to be. I left satisfied with my sandwich, but also a little annoyed because moving through the place during lunch felt like a hassle

I used Port of Subs for a small office lunch order, and honestly... it was painless. Everything was ready when we showed up, the sandwiches tasted fresh, and no one in the office had any complaints. Smooth experience overall...

There’s one right by my work, so grabbing lunch is actually easy. Nice when something manages to be convenient without making it a whole ordeal.

Since there’s so much to choose from, it’s an easy place to go when everyone wants something different.

The store was super clean, the tables were wiped down, it felt really nice eating there. It’s kind of ridiculous how much of a difference a clean place makes, but it definitely made the whole experience better

The subs were wrapped up well and the bag felt sturdy, which I appreciated because I really didn’t want to risk losing half my sandwich to a messy spill. One side was a little squished, but overall everything stayed together and arrived in good shape...

Took the kids here for lunch they liked it, which is half the battle. I don’t have a ton of patience when meals drag on, especially with kids getting restless, but the staff handled everything calmly and didn’t make us feel rushed. Easy, simple family lunch spot.

I like going to Port of Subs because it’s just simple. The parking lot at my location almost always has open spots, even during lunch, which is a huge relief when everywhere else has me driving in circles and getting irritated before I even order.

I’m not a fan of wasting half my break waiting around, so being able to park, run in, grab my sandwich, and get back out quickly makes a big difference. It may sound like a small thing, but when you’re short on time, it really matters
